    PVC wall coverings; Needle-punch woven flooring also in latex; Linoleum with natural jute backing (up to 2.5 mm thick).

Eco Prim PU 1K Moisture Barrier

Where to use

  • Surface consolidation of cementitious, anhydrite and heating substrates.
  • Waterproofing cementitious screeds with a residual humidity content higher than the level recommended for laying parquet.

Eco Prim PU 1K can be applied to substrates with humidity up to 6% CM (measured with carbide hygrometer – UNI 10329), up to 92% R.H. for one coat, or up to 98% R.H. for two coats (measured with in situ probe test – ASTM F2170 – BS 8203).

Some application examples

  • Consolidating cementitious screeds which are mechanically weak.
  • Waterproofing treatment before laying wooden flooring, to prevent moisture damage due to excessive residual humidity in the cementitious screed.
  • Anti-dust treatment for cementitious and dry anhydrite screeds with a crumbly surface.

Primer Grip White – Slurry

Where to use

Multi-purpose ready-to-use primer for internal floors and walls.

Primer Grip White is used to improve adhesion of ceramic tile adhesives and decorative cementitious skimming mortars from the Ultratop Loft range on concrete, brickwork, vibro-compressed concrete blocks, lightweight blocks and gypsum blocks and to all types of cementitious, gypsum and lime-based plaster, render and skimming compounds.

Primer Grip White is also suitable for improving adhesion of smoothing and levelling compounds and adhesives for ceramic tiles on non-absorbent surfaces such as ceramic, terrazzo tiles and natural stone floors.

Some application examples

  • Application of plasters on concrete, brickwork etc.
  • Application of smoothing and levelling compounds on old ceramic, terrazzo tiles and natural stone floors.
  • Application of decorative cementitious coatings from the Ultratop Loft range.
  • Laying ceramic and natural stone floors directly on top of old ceramic floors.

Primer G

Where to use

  • For treating gypsum surfaces prior to installing ceramic tiles.
  • As an anchoring coat for gypsum-based sprayable plasters.
  • To improve the adhesion of smoothing compounds on   cementitious or anhydrite and gypsum-based surfaces.
  • To provide uniform absorption in cementitious or gypsum   surfaces.

Some application examples

  • Preparing cement-based surfaces prior to smoothing with self-levelling or thixotropic smoothing compounds.
  • Between layers of smoothing compounds once the first coat is  perfectly dry.
  • On gypsum plasters prior to smoothing with cementitious products.
  • On anhydrite surfaces prior to applying cement-based products.
  • On cementitious renders prior to smoothing with gypsum-based products.
  • On gypsum walls as a fixative for wallpaper adhesives.
  • Before installing ceramic tiles with cementitious adhesives on
    • gypsum plasters and sprayed gypsum;
    • pre-cast gypsum panels;
    • fibrous-gypsum panels;
    • anhydrite screeds.
  • Treating gypsum walls, chipboard, cement fibre boards,   foamed concrete, renders etc. prior to papering or painting.

Ultraplan Eco

Where to use

Ultraplan Eco is used for levelling and removing differences in thickness from 1 to 10 mm on new or existing substrates, preparing them to receive any kind of flooring where an excellent resistance to loads and traffic is needed.

Ultraplan Eco is particularly suitable for areas subject to wheeled chairs.

Ultraplan Eco is for interior use only.

Some application examples

  • Levelling concrete slabs or screeds based on cement, Mapecem, Mapecem Pronto, Topcem, Topcem Pronto, anhydrite and magnesite, including those with underfloor heating  systems incorporated.
  • Levelling existing cement, terrazzo, ceramic and natural stone floors.

Ultraplan Eco 20

Where to use
